Pricing
We believe in a simple flat rate pricing $2,500 for designs 4,000 square feet and under (Including Basement) an additional $500 per 1,000 square feet after that.
How it works
Step 1. Book Online
Pick a day and time for your kick off call Upload Your complete Blueprints Answer a few questions about you designs Upload any additional examples of finishes and fixtures
Step 2. Kick Off Call
Hop on a quick Kick off call with your project manager. Your project manager will get familiar with your design and get additional details needed. Your project manager will be the one who works with you as your model is completed from start to finish.
Step 3. First Draft
Our team will bring your blueprints to life and present you a first draft. You will go over any changes or edits you might have with your Project manager on a consultation.
Step 4. Second Draft
This will be your final round of revisions before your final draft. This is the last chance to have your project manager make any of the last tweaks to get your design just right!
Step 5. Final Draft
Yay! You’ll receive your final draft along with photos and a video!
